Save, restore & import sessions

The Tabs panel turns a messy window of open tabs into tidy, restorable sessions - and frees the memory they were using.

Save the current window

Press Shift + S (or click Save & Close Tabs) to snapshot every open tab into a saved group and close them. System pages and InTab itself are skipped, and there’s a Skip pinned tabs option. Restore later with a click, on this device or - with Pro cloud sync - another.

Organize

• Groups & archive - saved groups show item counts; archive old ones, or let InTab auto-archive groups after N days (default 7).
• Layouts - a Topics view or a plain List view.
• AI tools - Rename a group automatically, Cluster tabs by topic, or Summarize a group. AI clustering is a paid feature; on the free plan tabs are grouped by website instead.
• Cleanup - select multiple tabs, merge groups, remove duplicates, or Smart Restore.

Right-click any saved tab to open it (foreground, background, new window, or incognito), copy its title, copy it as Markdown, copy the URL, or remove it.

Import from elsewhere

Paste or upload a list to bring tabs in. InTab auto-detects OneTab, CSV, JSON, and Markdown, previews the result, lets you map columns, and can skip AI naming if you prefer. Great for migrating from another tab manager.

Suspended tabs

Tabs that InTab has put to sleep to save RAM appear here too, marked as parked. See Auto-suspend inactive tabs.

Syncing

Cloud sync of saved tabs is a Workspace setting (on by default) and is part of Pro cloud sync - see What syncs across devices.
