Languages & right-to-left
InTab is fully localized and supports right-to-left (RTL) layouts.
Set your main language
Open Settings → General → Main language. This is the default used for:
- the interface,
- the language the AI reads your text in, and
- the default target for translations.
Pin favorite languages
Under Settings → General → Favorites, pin the languages you use most. Pinned languages float to the top of every language picker - in the selection popover’s Translate menu, the grammar checker, and elsewhere - so you’re not scrolling a long list each time.
Translating text
You don’t have to change your main language to translate a one-off passage. Select text on any page, open the Translate menu in the popover, and pick a target - over 30 languages are available, and your favorites appear first. You can also choose a translation tone (Formal, Casual, Academic, Literary, Technical, Friendly). See The selection popover.
Right-to-left
For Arabic, Persian, Urdu, and other RTL languages, InTab flips the entire layout automatically - the panels, menus, and text direction all follow the language. There’s nothing to toggle; choosing an RTL main language is enough.
Grammar in many languages
The inline grammar checker auto-detects the language you’re typing in and covers 31 languages. If detection guesses wrong on a page, you can pin the language you want it to assume. See Grammar check & autocomplete.
